Cancelations/ No call, No show Policy

All cancellations require a 48 hour minimum notice.  Appointments can be rescheduled if notified within the required time, without penalty, where your deposit can be applied to another scheduled date.  If there is no communication within the required time, your deposit will be forfeited and you will need to schedule a new date with a new deposit.

Arrival/Lateness Policy

Please arrive no earlier than 15 minutes prior to your appointment. If you are running late, please give a courtesy call or text to advise at least 30 minutes prior to your appointment time.  There will be a $15 late fee added for every 15 minute block entered after the first 15 minute grace period.  Additionally, your service duration can only be for the remaining time booked.  In such case, a new appointment time will need to be scheduled in order to complete services.

We ask that there are no extra guests unless they are being serviced.
